Cancellation Policy
**BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY**
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please review the following policies before booking.
**Deposits**
* A **non-refundable deposit** is required to secure all appointments.
* Deposits will be applied toward your service total.
* **Same-day appointments are not eligible for rescheduling**, and deposits are forfeited if canceled.
**Cancellation & Rescheduling**
* Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled **at least 48 hours in advance**.
* Cancellations made within **48 hours** of the appointment will incur a **50% cancellation fee**.
* Deposits are **non-refundable** under all circumstances.
**Late Arrival Policy**
* A **15-minute grace period** is provided.
* Arrivals more than **15 minutes late** may require your service to be modified or rescheduled based on the remaining appointment time.
* After **30 minutes**, your appointment will be **automatically canceled**, and your deposit will be forfeited.
